Dr. Leonzo D. Lynch has served as the pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Charlotte , NC since April 1997. Dr. Lynch comes from a lineage of great preachers, the fifth generation in his family. He accepted the call to preach in 1981, and has served as a Pastor since 1984. Born in Greensboro and raised in Durham NC, Dr. Lynch received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Divinity Degree from Duke University Divinity School, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from the United Theological Seminary.
He is the former Pastor of Winn Chapel Baptist Church, Mt. Olive, NC, Rock Spring Baptist Church, Creedmoor, NC, Mt. Level Baptist Church, Durham, NC, & Long Branch Baptist Church, Greenville, SC.
A noted national revivalist, speaker and lecturer, Dr. Lynch is currently the 1st Vice President of the General Baptist State Convention of NC, Inc. {GBSC}. He is the Chairman of the Foreign Missions Committee, a member of the Executive Committee, the General Board, and the Evangelism Committee. He is the past 2nd Vice President of the GBSC, & past President of the GBSC Minister's Council. He is the former 3rd Vice Moderator and Institute Dean of the Mecklenburg General Baptist Association, and an instructor in the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc., Congress of Christian Education.

Felicia Hicks Gaston grew up in Raleigh, NC, but has lived in Charlotte since 1993. She has served the Ebenezer Baptist Church since 1999, presently in the capacity of Administrative Assistant to the Pastor. Her work background includes 10+ years of human resources experience as well as 10+ years of church administration. She attended Wake Technical College in Raleigh and has a degree in Criminal Justice. She radically loves the Lord and worships Him through her ministry gifts of singing and writing. Felicia is currently working on a devotional for future publication. She further enjoys ministering to women, going to movies and spending time with family and friends.
Keith Hill, Minister of Music

Keith Hill is an educator for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools with over 20 years of experience. He was selected as Dilworth Elementary 2004-2005 Teacher of the Year and many other awards for dedication and appreciation. Keith has worked several years as a Validator for the Benchmarking session of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and Certification Process held in Dallas, Texas. In 2002 Keith received his National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification.
Keith is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Music Education. After college Keith spent several years playing and singing with various bands. Keith later served in the capacity of Minister of Music for several local churches with his longest tenure prior to Ebenezer being with New Hampton Presbyterian Church of Charlotte, NC for 9 years.

CAMS Ministry is owned and operated by Rev. John W. Spann CPA. Rev. Spann was born and reared in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. He attend local public schools and at the age of 10 confessed knowing Christ and accepted Him as Savior and Lord. After graduation from high school, John was blessed to receive a full basketball scholarship enabling him to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He graduated in 1995 receiving the Bachelor of Science in Accounting and was further blessed to receive the Master of Science in Accounting in 1996 from the same institution.
Rev. Spann accepted his call to ministry after starting work with the Ernst and Young Accounting Firm in Raleigh, NC . He completed his Master of Divinity degree from Duke University Divinity School in May of 2000 and since 1996 has served as Church Accountant for Ebenezer Baptist Church. Reverend Spann recently completed the examination to become a Certified Public Accountant.
Lee Kinloch, Director of Public Relations/ Media Development

Lee Kinloch is a native of Charleston, South Carolina but has called the Charlotte area his home for the past 18 years. He is a graduate of Montreat College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Lee has an extensive media background, having worked in Broadcast Television for more than 20 years.
In 2000, Lee and his wife started Kinloch Productions, Inc., a full-service video production company providing services to both local and national clients. Their company is credited with winning numerous National and International awards, including an Emmy. Now Lee brings his media experience and business expertise to Ebenezer.
Lee joined Ebenezer Baptist Church in 1998 and previously worked with the Youth Ministry. In 2008, Lee accepted the role as Director of Public Relations and Media Development with an emphasis on getting additional exposure for Ebenezer Baptist Church and it’s mission.
Lee is married to Von Kinloch and has three children: Kayce, Mikayla, and Weslee. They live in Harrisburg, NC.
Reverend Quinn C. Rodgers - Associate Pastor

Reverend Quinn C Rodgers is a dynamic speaker who is a native of Charlotte, NC. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he received the Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy with a minor in Sociology. At this time he is furthering his ministerial education at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary where he is pursuing a Masters in Divinity as well as a Masters in Christian Leadership. He is very excited that he will graduate later this year.
Rev. Rodgers is a faithful servant in the Kingdom of God. At Ebenezer he serves as associate pastor through which he has helped to launch the first summer camp entitled “A Dynamic Summer”. Understanding the value of missions, he served as the youth coordinator of the first annual City-Wide Crusade here in Charlotte. Rev. Rodgers also served as Co-founder and Director of the Sugar Creek 21st Century Learning Center, an afterschool tutorial program design to help inner city youth reach their potential through educational tutoring. Rev. Rodgers has presented at the General Baptist State Convention of North Carolina 2011, General Baptist State Convention of North Carolina Congress of Christian Education and the Lott Carey Foreign Mission’s Convention.
Other than preaching the word of God, Rev. Rodgers enjoys spending time with his wife Falen, and their daughter Kamaya.

Shikara Day, though her family is rooted in Monroe, NC, was born overseas and grew up abroad as a military child. Following in her father's footsteps, she joined the military thus gaining over 12 years administrative experience. She is a member of Langford Chapel CME Church. In her spare time she is completing her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She loves spending time with her two children Isaiah (11) and Te'Ahna (5). She enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling.
