Music Ministry
"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord all ye lands" (Psalms 66:1)

Music is defined as any rhythmic sequence of pleasing sound; the art of combining tones to form an expressive composition. The Music Ministry has the responsibility of leading the congregation in praise and worship. To “praise” is to commend the worth of and glorify God. To “worship” is to show intense love and admiration for God. Lyrics set to music is this Ministry's offering to the Lord. Umbrellaed under the Music Ministry are the Youth, Hymn, Adult, Mass, and Women's choirs along with the Male Chorus, Praise Team and Praise Dance Ministry.

Usher Ministry
"I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than to dwell in the tents of the wicked." (Psalms 84:10b)  

The Usher Ministry holds the important role in making our guests feel welcome and accepted. Whether it is a warm smile, a handshake, an answer to a question or assisting with seating, the Ebenezer usher has the heart of a servant. This Ministry is a direct reflection of the love of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Ushers reflect love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.
